Hello, and welcome to my health and wellness blog. The goal in writing this blog is to impart my experience and knowledge as it pertains to overall health and wellness. In my blog, as in my practice, I approach health from two angles: one considering traditional medicine standards/practices and the other utilizing integrative-medicine based theories and principles.


I hope this information allows you to have a varied and detailed understanding of issues that pertain to your life, so that you can make meaningful changes to improve your overall wellbeing and health. I believe there is no ‘one right answer,’ and that each person must decide and try what is best for them. What works for one person may not work for the next! Getting healthy and staying healthy is about understanding all aspects of health and how we can optimize our entire lifestyle.


The blog styles will range from informational (for example, important labs you should have) to instructional (for example, a how to guide to improving indoor air quality). These posts are not medical advice and do not serve as a replacement of medical care from your practitioner, but rather serve as a platform for educating yourself to a healthier life.
